Walking and bike riding are my main cardio activities. I also do calisthenics such as various types of pushups, as well as using resistance bands to help maintain muscle strength, which in turn helps protect my joints. Most recently I added stretching to my daily routine. I found a great free app for the iPhone called “stretching at home” by Leap Fitness. Most importantly, stay on track with your prophylactic treatments! 😁
